WATERLOO COMMUNITY FACILITY

Aileen Sage Architects were engaged for the design of a community facility addressing the main public plaza as part of the new Waterloo Metro Quarter over-station development on Gadigal land in Sydney. The facility will form the podium of the central residential tower in the precinct. The residential tower is designed by Hassell, with whom Aileen Sage is working in collaboration.

The mixed use precinct is being delivered by Mirvac and John Holland in collaboration with the NSW government. The project is scheduled for completion in 2024.
