NEWTOWN COURTYARD HOUSE
Alterations and additions to an existing single storey terrace house in Newtown.

Retaining the front part of the single storey terrace intact, a courtyard was inserted into the centre of the site allowing natural light to flood into the kitchen and living areas, as well as providing a leafy green aspect to all rooms of the house. A large window opens out onto the rear lane and a small densely planted access path activates the rear street address.
