Marrickville Half House

2018 – 2019

A new rear addition responds to the existing plan and form of this freestanding “half house”. Maximising northerly aspect, a new kitchen, dining and living room provide direct connection to the large garden and consolidates working spaces and services to the Southern boundary. A textural terracotta floor links old and new.
