WATERING CAN RADIO SHACK
Temporary Art Installation, Berlin

Using standard green plastic watering cans with timber pallets as a base, Watering Can Radio Shack was installed in the garden area of Josetti Hoffe community housing in Berlin as part of the Transit Lounge Artists Residency program.

A collaborative work with Jasper Knight and Australian sound artist Jodi Rose, watering spouts became speakers through which audio clips of residents from the Josetti Hoffe were transmitted.

The installation provided a small contemplative listening room along the banks of the Spree.
